The coaching
How it actually works
One-to-one video calls at a rhythm set around you — usually weekly at first to build momentum, then spaced out as your progress and schedule allow. Confidential, and shaped around where you are — not a fixed script.
Inside a session
Check in
Where you are today, and the main thing that’s sticking right now.
Get challenged
Pushed towards the actions that move you forward. I ask the questions — you find the answers.
Set your targets
Leave with targets you set yourself, so I can hold you accountable before the next call.
What you build
Greater resilience
Bounce back from any setback — built through coaching, yours to keep once it ends.
Self-accountability
Hold yourself to what you said you’d do — between sessions and after.
Improved self-confidence
Clarity on who you are and what matters — confidence follows from that.
Frequently asked
What can I expect to achieve?
A clear sense of your purpose and direction, so you can move past the sticking points holding you back — plus the ability to do this yourself in future.
How is it different from therapy?
Coaching isn’t a route to recover from mental illness — that needs a registered therapist. It’s for people already stable who want guidance to reach hard goals.
What areas of life can it help with?
Career, confidence, managing money, relationships with family, friends and colleagues, and physical health — among others.
How long does it take?
There’s no fixed timetable. Coaching runs as a 12-month partnership, so there’s room to work at the pace real change needs rather than rush a result.
What’s the structure of a session?
Check-in on where you are, a segment where you’re challenged to act, then targets you set yourself so I can keep you accountable.
How do I know if it’s right for me?
Start with the Momentum Quiz — it shows you where you stand and what’s holding you back, and whether this is the right support for where you are.
Can it help with work-life balance and stress?
I never give you specific answers — I ask the questions that help you find your own solutions that actually fit.
Will it help me set and achieve goals?
Yes. If you start unsure of your goals, that’s something we resolve fairly quickly — then you have a focus to work from.
How do I stay accountable between sessions?
Contact details to send text or voice messages. I aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays, 36 at the weekend — often sooner.
What should I look for in a coach?
Someone you get along with, who keeps to session times, and who never hands you answers but asks the questions that lead you to your own.
